Join Our Network

We are a cohort of innovative, forward-looking business and higher education leaders collaborating on building the future of learning and work.

Together, we:

  • Illuminate the high-demand skills and occupations of the future. We expose talent gaps where co-creation of pipelines and credentials are needed. This enables businesses to clearly convey skill needs and higher education to increase capacity and enrollment.
  • Pioneer new models that bridge learning and work. We co-create, prototype, and implement new pathways across the learn-and-work spectrum (e.g., work-based learning, skills-based hiring, and inclusive STEM pathways). This enables business to build diverse talent pipelines and retain new talent, and for higher education to increase student persistence, career success, and value.
  • Catalyze and advocate for high-performing partnerships. We provide the translation, tools, resources, and support for better cross-sector partnerships that enable business and higher education to see a return on their talent and learner investments.
  • Network and lead innovation via action-oriented convenings and forums. We engage our network through member meetings and roundtables to foster collaborations and a collective, proactive response to the future of work.
