Membership
Join a cohort of innovative, forward-looking business and higher education leaders co-collaborating on building the future of learning and work.
We invite, engage and convene business and higher education leaders, catalyzing effective collaboration that delivers on an annual research and impact agenda.
- Illuminate the high-demand skills and occupations of the future. We expose talent gaps where co-creation of pipelines and credentials are needed. This enables businesses to clearly convey skill needs and higher education to increase capacity and enrollment.
- Pioneer new models that bridge learning and work. We co-create, prototype, and implement new pathways across the learn-and-work spectrum (e.g., work-based learning, skills-based hiring, and inclusive STEM pathways). This enables business to build diverse talent pipelines and retain new talent, and for higher education to increase student persistence, career success, and value.
- Catalyze and advocate for high-performing partnerships. We provide the translation, tools, resources, and support for better cross-sector partnerships that enable business and higher education to see a return on their talent and learner investments.
- Network and lead innovation via action-oriented convenings and forums. We engage our network through member meetings and roundtables to foster collaborations and a collective, proactive response to the future of work.
Membership fees are indexed to organizational size and scale.
